VNTU was started as a concept in 2021 during lockdown with the creation of virtual roundtable consultations by Rebekah Dennis which was driven by a passion for crafting meaningful, high-impact experiences. With over seven years in event production and a decade in experiential events service, we combine creativity, strategic thinking, and calm execution under pressure. Our work spans industries—from tech and retail to finance and banking—bringing a versatile, results-driven approach to every project.

We’ve built a solid foundation through partnerships that sharpened our expertise in CRM systems, social media marketing, and event platforms. Certifications in event data strategy and management have further fueled our ability to track ROI and use storytelling to engage audiences.

From 2019 to 2022, we led VIP and corporate events at Informa Tech and Investment Week, managing conferences and exhibitions with up to several thousand attendees. Highlights include exceeding attendance targets, securing five-figure sponsorships, and curating tailored experiences for clients like IBM, Morgan Stanley, and Huawei.
