VNTU started in 2021, during lockdown, with a single question: what happens to human connection when you take the room away?
The answer was virtual roundtables. Intimate, structured, deliberately designed. Not webinars. Not Zoom calls dressed up as events. Something that actually meant something to the people in them.

That instinct — that the format is never the point, the feeling is — has shaped everything since.

The work, before the name.

Our founder, Rebekah Dennis has been producing events for over a decade. Corporate conferences. VIP experiences. Exhibitions with thousands of attendees and seven-figure budgets behind them.
From 2019 to 2022, that meant leading events at Informa Tech and Investment Week. Conferences. Exhibitions. Clients including IBM, Morgan Stanley, and Huawei. Attendance targets exceeded. Five-figure sponsorships secured. Experiences built for rooms that couldn't afford to go wrong.

We started expanding our services in August 2024,  by building the systems that turns a space — into something that performs. Revenue pipelines. Corporate booking systems. Brand partnership strategies. Event programmes that don't just run well but pay for themselves.

The work is creative. The thinking is commercial.
